LAGQ performs "Don Quixote" project with Monty Python alum John Cleese

On March 25th, as part of the Santa Barbara Guitar Festival, the Quartet performed a new work, "The Ingenious Gentleman Don Quixote: Words and music from the time of Cervantes", with special guest narrator John Cleese.

The Quartet's Santa Barbara concerts were well received by public and press alike. Joe Woodard called the Quixote project a "venturesome and edutainment charmer", and thought the performance of Sergio Assad's Interchange was "smashing". Read the full review.
